I’ve been working in technology for over 8 years, and it’s more than a career for me—it’s a passion. While many people picture IT as someone behind a screen, I’ve found my strength is in solving real-world problems and helping people directly.

I hold certifications in A+, Network+, Security+, ConnectWise, and Nutanix, and I’m currently finishing my Associate’s degree. My experience spans Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, allowing me to troubleshoot everything from everyday device issues to more complex technical challenges.

I started No Stress Solutions because I saw a gap in how people—especially seniors—are treated by traditional tech and cable companies. At the retirement community where I work, I’ve helped residents overcome issues others said couldn’t be fixed. I believe everyone deserves patience, respect, and clear solutions.

Whether it’s setting up a TV for simple use, removing viruses, or helping after a scam, my goal is always the same: provide a reliable fix and a stress-free experience.

I pride myself on clear communication, efficiency, and thorough documentation. Most importantly, I act as a “stress sponge”—taking on the technical problems so you don’t have to worry.

Outside of tech, I’m a huge pet lover and proud dog owner to Sparky, who keeps life fun and grounded.
